Every Max : Machine meets Hitachi’s Equipment Standards through a series of test and inspection.
Engine performance
The Max:Machines’s engine is measured, under various modes, using Dr.ZX. Fuel, lubricant and coolant components are also checked to ensure no leakage. All to meet HCMM’s basic performance standard.Travel Performance
The travel revolution speed are measured to ensure optimum travel speed and traction force. The travel device is also check for any oil leakage.Swing Performance
Swing speed as well as Swing Bearing Play are checked to ensure that the swing device are smooth and without any damage.Front Attachment Performance
Boom, Arm and Bucket are checked to prevent rod damage and established the best hydraulic cylinder cycle time.Pump Performance / Hydraulic System
Ensuring functionality of hydraulic motors, cylinders and valve settings. Also checked are pump oil leakage, pilot primary pressure and system relief pressure.Electrical System
Thoroughly inspected to ensure that the Dr.ZX self-diagnostics function is in good condition.- Thorough inspection of the machine’s onboard I.C.X data-downloading functions for acquiring Equipment Operation Status report to confirm the machine’s operationa history.
