Our goal is to "keep customer equipment at a maximum performance level". To fulfill this goal, we have set 13 branches all over the Malaysia. They have highly trained technicians, and provide the following support programs:

  • HELP (Hitachi Extended Life Program)
  • Periodical Inspection Service

Also, Hitachi Construction Machinery provides the following to assist dealers with product support & parts activities:

  • Dr.ZX: PDA based diagnostic tools for our equipment
  • Technical Training Center: Japan based training HQ to train dealer technicians
  • Parts Depot: To minimize delivery time, we set four parts depots across the world

Extended Warranty - HELP

Hitachi provides a unique extended warranty program called Hitachi Extended Life Program, or HELP.

Diagnostic Tools - Dr.ZX

To minimize downtime during troubleshooting, we developed a PDA (Palm OS (R)) based diagnostic system called "Dr.ZX".

Fleet Management

With Hitachi, you can be assured that our support service goes beyond sales. Now, Hitachi Construction Machinery Malaysia has taken its after-sales service even further with its e-Service Owner’s Site. This is in tandem with our strong belief in providing our customers with the all-important updated information and maximizing control of their fleets and machine performance.
