We are proud to announce that Mohammad Amin as the representative of HCMM has won the Overall Champion prize in 3rd Asia & Pacific Technician Competition 2010 held in Singapore on 6th May 2010.
This annual competition is aiming to achieve and promote Customer Satisfaction with the test is carefully designed to evaluate the participants Technical Knowledge, Analytical Skills, Service Etiquette, and Reporting Skills.
Generally, all Participants have to undergo stringent internal selection in order to be chosen to represent his dealership. Considered to be the best from their batch, this competition provides the platform to give recognition for their excellence and hard work in upholding the Hitachi Service Standard.
Concurrently, the results of the competition contribute towards the assessment of the technical and service standards of each dealership. This aids towards the long term goal of establishing a high uniform Hitachi Service Standard for all dealers.
